ALPINE, Utah, August 4, 2026Hopdox, the leading innovator in eRecording, announced on June 10, 2026, Hopdox became the first eRecording vendor to go live in Glades County, Florida.

As the newest major eRecording company in the industry, Hopdox serving as the inaugural eRecording vendor for Glades County represents a significant milestone not only for the county, but for the continued growth and adoption of the Hopdox network nationwide. The achievement highlights Hopdox’s growing reputation as a trusted partner to recording offices across the country and reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding eRecording access to counties of every size.

“One of the reasons I founded Hopdox was because I believe every county should have access to the benefits of eRecording, regardless of size or location,” said Paul Clifford, founder of Hopdox. “Being the first live eRecording vendor in Glades County is incredibly meaningful because it demonstrates the trust counties are placing in Hopdox and our team. This is exactly the kind of progress that moves our industry forward.”

While many counties adopted eRecording years ago, hundreds of recording offices across the country still have opportunities to modernize their recording processes. Hopdox has made expanding eRecording adoption a core part of its mission, working closely with county offices to simplify implementation and provide technology that benefits both county staff and document submitters.

“Glades County is an important milestone because it represents more than just another county joining our network,” said Brian Boike, President of Hopdox. “It represents a county taking an important step forward in implementing eRecording. We are honored that Glades County allowed Hopdox as its first eRecording vendor, and we believe this launch demonstrates the confidence counties have in our technology, our team, and our vision for the future of eRecording.”
