Hopdox Ends Breakout Year with Historic Growth, Customer Momentum, and Community Impact

ALPINE, Utah, December 9, 2025 – Hopdox, the leading innovator in eRecording, today announced the successful close of its breakout year. The year was defined by rapid nationwide expansion, major technological advancements, a deep commitment to relationship-building, and the launch of Hopdox Cares, the company’s new community outreach initiative.“At Hopdox, we are committed to making eRecording simply better,” said Brian Boike, President of Hopdox. “Integrating with Tyler Technologies expands our reach, giving our customers more direct access to counties using Tyler’s trusted land records systems. This is a significant step toward making document submission faster and more seamless for everyone involved.”

In 2025, Hopdox experienced record-setting growth, expanding its eRecording network at a pace unmatched in industry history. Hundreds of counties joined the Hopdox network this year, and hundreds more are in the process of going live. These counties represent both large and small jurisdictions across the nation. Hopdox went live for eRecording in 20 states this year, with additional states opening each month.

Hopdox also made a historic commitment to in-person connections this year, attending 44 industry events across 18 states. This focus on meeting in person demonstrates the company’s belief that personal relationships matter most.

“There is no substitute for being with people where we can listen, learn, and spend time together,” said Brian Boike, President of Hopdox. “It is our belief that technology should make life easier, and that relationships are what truly move our industry forward. Our 2025 travel schedule reflected that commitment and allowed us to enhance our eRecording capabilities by hearing directly from those we are meant to serve. We’re thrilled to attend even more events next year.”

In July 2025, Hopdox deepened its community focus with the introduction of Hopdox Cares. Through this initiative, Hopdox contributed to charitable organizations in every state where the company attended a conference. In total, Hopdox supported 18 nonprofits this year and underscored the company’s belief that being present in a community also means giving back to it.

To support its rapid growth, Hopdox expanded its team dramatically in 2025. Many new team members bring deep expertise from across the eRecording landscape. Several leaders who were instrumental in establishing eRecording as a national standard during their time at Simplifile are now bringing a renewed vision for eRecording with Hopdox.
