    How will I know when my order has shipped?

    When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.

    How soon will I get my order?

    Orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time [for U.S. orders] averages 1-3 days (almost all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail). International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

    Do you ship internationally?

    International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us.

    I am located outside the United States. Will I be charged customs fees?

    Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

    We don't. Hop & Dox is an online-only shop - at least for right now!
