Change Payment Method for Failed Credit Card Payments

Applicable only if you use credit card payments.

Failed credit card payments can be updated to a different payment type on the Incomplete Payment Report and Payment Report.

New Filters on Payment Report

New filters for Payment Method and Payment Status have been added to the Payment Report.

Bug Fixes

Resolved an issue where certain states on the county map were incorrectly displaying as black.
Addressed an issue where eraser marks were not correctly saving when using the eraser tool on documents.

Exempt Recording Fees

You'll need to contact support if this new feature is applicable to your organization.

Government organizations that are exempt from county recording fees are able to mark recording fees as exempt on their documents. This will set the recording fees estimate to $0. Please note, that the county ultimately decides what the final recording fees will be.

Document upload UI update

The click to upload/drag and drop document upload UI has been updated for a better user experience. The ability to start a manual package has been moved below the drag and drop zone.

Improvements to applying text to document

A few improvements have been made when applying text to a document. The text background is now transparent by default. A white background can be applied to the text as well.

Improved mobile experience

Hopdox on mobile devices now has an overall improved experience with easier navigation and package management.

User Invitation reminders

Users invited to Hopdox will receive a reminder email at day 2, 4, and 6 after being initially invited if no action is taken. After day 7, the user invitation expires.

Counters on the Users page tabs

The Users and Invites tabs on the Users page now display counters next to them giving you a quick look at how many total users and invitations you have in your organization.

Sharpen tool

A new sharpen tool is available in the package and document toolbar. The sharpen tool has 4 preset configurations (low, medium, high, extreme) as well as a custom option.

The sharpen tool can help improve the visibility of certain marks on the document such as text, signatures, and stamps.

Package report

A new package level report/receipt is available after the package has been recorded. It can be accessed by clicking on the package 3-dot menu > Package Report. It can also be accessed by printing or downloading the package and selecting the Include Package Report option.

Roles displayed on the My Profile page

Your assigned roles are now displayed on the My Profile page. The My Profile page is accessed by clicking on your initials on the bottom left of the navigation.

NOC/projects enhancements

Your organization must have the Contractor service enabled for this feature.

Several enhancements were made to the Notice of Commencement (NOC) form builder.

Users can now delete a designee on the NOC form.
Certain fields in the NOC form are now mandatory to ensure complete submissions.
Introduced a card view for construction projects on mobile for improved usability and design.
Updated the NOC form for improved clarity.

Recently Added filter on the Recipients page

A Recently Added filter is available on the Recipients page. When selected, it displays counties that went live with eRecording in the last 30 days.
