✨ New Features and Improvements
Rejection Prevention
Beginning today, we’re introducing proactive rejection detection for your documents. If your document is likely to be rejected, we'll let you know before it’s sent to the county, helping you avoid delays and reduce rework. This enhancement will become available across more counties in the coming weeks and months as additional detection rules are deployed. Stay tuned for further updates.
eCheck Payment Process
This option is available only if your organization uses eCheck for payments.
We’ve enhanced the eCheck workflow to address situations where estimated fees differ from the final recording fees.

In rare cases where the estimated fees differ from the final recording fees, the eCheck payment is listed as DUE on the Incomplete Payments Report. These payments require timely review and approval. You’ll receive an email notification alerting you to the required review and approval.

In most instances where the estimated fees align with the final recording fees, no further approval is required.

A new optional setting on the Billing page lets you set an automatic approval threshold for eCheck payments when the estimated fees differ from the final recording fees.
Credit Card Expiration Dates
This option is available only if your organization uses credit card payments
Credit card expiration dates can now be updated on the Billing page by clicking on the edit icon next to the credit card payment.
Helper Documents
The Documents Panel within each package now clearly displays when a helper document is required. Required helper documents are organized beneath their corresponding parent document.
Support Page
The Support page has been updated to include a link to the Hopdox Knowledge Base.
Other Improvements and Fixes
- Improvements to the to-do panel for better readability and accessibility.
- To-do indicators are consistently placed next to the document name in the left panel on the package details page.
- New Notice of Commencement (NOC) button UI updated for consistency.
- County Info action on package details opens in a modal now.
- Fixed an issue with the helper document drop zone not appearing on the package details page when dragging and dropping a helper document.
- Fixed an issue with packages not downloading with special characters in the package name.
- Fixed an issue with party count not being included in the fee estimation.
