Rejection Help Messaging

Now, if your package is rejected, you can quickly access support options directly from the rejection reason banner. When permitted by the county, their contact information will appear in the banner; otherwise, a link to Hopdox support will be provided.

 

Additionally, in the County Information dialog—accessible from either the Recipients page or within a Package—you’ll now see the county’s designated contacts for Rejection, Rejection Clarification, and Void Request Help. If a county has not provided their own contact information, a link to Hopdox support will be displayed instead.
