✨ New Features

Payment Approval Queue

We’ve added a new payment approval queue to the Incomplete Payments Report page. Click Approve Payments to approve due eCheck payments. When multiple payments are due, the system will guide you through each one sequentially.

When only one payment requires approval, the dialog shows the payment details along with an Approve button.

When multiple payments require approval, the dialog shows the payment details along with an Approve and Next button to advance to the next payment.

Update Payment Account Before ACH Processing

You can now update the payment account for a package on the Package Info page any time before that day’s ACH processing. You may also change an ACH payment to any other available payment method from this page.
