✨ New Features

Replace document feature

You can now quickly replace any rejected document directly from the rejection panel. When a document is rejected, simply upload the corrected version in place of the original to keep your recording workflow moving.

Users page

The Users page has been refreshed to make it easier and more flexible to view and manage your organization’s users.

User Details page

When you select a user from the updated Users page, you’ll open a new User Details screen where you can view and manage that user’s information, including their role assignments.

Global Search Improvements

You can now use global search to quickly find recipients. Selecting a recipient from the results will navigate you to the Recipients page.

Other global search improvements include:

• For user results, we are displaying the user's email under their name
• For document search results, we are now displaying the associated package
• For package search results, we are displaying the associated organization for users who belong to more than one organization.

Multi-Organization Features

For users who are part of multiple organizations, we’ve released several improvements, including:

• The ability to change the submitter organization directly from the package details page, so you can quickly correct packages that were created under the wrong organization.

• Several other improvements to make multi-organization management better.

New Payment Features and Improvements

Several new payment features and improvements have been released including:

• A simplified fees view on packages that use a single payment account, making it easier to review and confirm payment details.

• You can now update the routing number for your bank account directly from the Settings > Billing page.

• You can now remove deactivated payment accounts directly from the Settings > Billing page.

Document Search

A new document search option is now available in the document toolbar, allowing you to quickly search any text across all documents within a package.
