✨ New Features
Estimated Recording Time
The Estimated Recording Time (ERT) feature gives you a calculated estimate of when the document(s) in your package should be recorded based on historical data.
If an estimate is available for the county, it will display under the package status in the top left of the package details screen.
ERT available
When the package is in Draft, Ready, or Sent status, the ERT appears below the package status. In the example below, the ERT is 4 hours or less.
Once the package is Sent, the ERT and progress bar updates over time.

Once the package is recorded, the ERT and progress bar displays as completed.
ERT not available
If an ERT is not available, the ERT shows ‘Estimate not available’ with a tooltip that has more details.
Recording taking longer than expected
If the recording is taking longer than the original ERT, a ‘Package Late’ status appears with a button for additional details. In these cases, the Hopdox team is notified so we can further look into why the recording is taking longer than expected.
