New Features & Improvements

Print Multiple Packages at Once

You can now print or download multiple packages at once from the package list. Select the packages you need, then choose the Print or Download action.

Next, choose your print or download options for the selected packages.

Printing creates a single PDF containing all selected packages. Downloading creates separate PDF files for the selected packages and bundles them in a ZIP file.

Confirm All Indexing To-Dos Settings

You can now let users in your organization confirm all indexing at once. To enable this option, go to Settings > eRecord Settings > Package Settings and turn on Allow confirming all indexing at once.

When this setting is enabled, the Confirm All action appears next to the Indexing header.

Click Confirm All to open a dialog where you can review and confirm all indexing data at once.

Once you've reviewed and confirmed all indexing data, your document is ready for submission.

Clear All Filter

You can now clear all filters at once by clicking the X icon on the package list or anywhere else filters are available.

Clearer Messaging for Unsupported Document Types

If a county doesn't support a document type, you'll now see a clear, helpful message like the one shown below.

Drawdown Payment Account Improvements

We've added email and in-app notifications to alert you when your drawdown payment account balance is low.
