New Features & Improvements

Select to Erase Tool

We’ve added a new Select option to the eraser tool, making it easier to erase specific areas of a document. You can still use the brush to erase smaller areas as needed.

Consideration Amount Extracted from Helper Documents

We’ve started automatically extracting the consideration amount from helper documents when it can be detected. When available, you’ll see an Upload helper document to extract message under the consideration field, as shown below.

Once the helper document is uploaded, we’ll automatically extract the consideration amount and populate the field, as shown below.

We’ll be rolling this feature out to more counties over the next few weeks.

Other Improvements

• Added the county recording data to the recorded package confirmation email.
   
• Added fee discrepancy details to the recorded package confirmation email when estimated fees don’t match the final recording fees.
• Improved recipient dropdown results when changing the recipient.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue affecting document toolbar responsiveness.
• Fixed issues with actions on the Organizations page.
• Fixed an issue with duplicate phone numbers on some user accounts.
